This package is ideal for the couple that has planned their own wedding ceremony and wants to be certain that all those important details are carried out according to your specifications. Our professional staff is ready take care of all these details so that you, your family and guests can enjoy this special day. This package is especially important for ceremonies that will take place in a private home or public location (i.e. park). • Initial Consultation (always free)
• Initial meeting to discuss location, setup, special instructions and obtain vendor information from the bridal couple
• Meeting with the bridal couple at the ceremony location approximately one month before the event to finalize all details
• One coordinator present for up to two hours prior to the ceremony to ensure a proper setup
• Manage ceremony setup: includes placement of chairs, floral arrangements, programs, etc. Oversee all details and ensure everything is in place and perfect.
• Meet with vendors on the morning of the event and receive all deliveries
• Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the vendors on the day of your event
• Manage any last minute details or changes before the ceremony
